Adjustable Ring Sizing, Explained (So You Never Have to Guess)

The question we get most: "but what if it doesn't fit?" Here's the honest answer.

Most of our rings — including the Dark & Light Ring and the Crisscross Emerald Ring — use an adjustable open band. That means there's a small gap at the back of the ring, and the metal is soft enough to gently squeeze narrower or pull slightly wider to match your finger. "One size fits most" isn't a cop-out; it's the actual design.

How to resize:

  • Hold the ring at the opening on both sides.
  • To size down, gently press the two ends closer together.
  • To size up, gently pull the two ends a little further apart.
  • Small movements only — you want a gradual adjustment, not a bend.

When a ring isn't adjustable (like a couple of our fixed-size cocktail styles), the product description will say so and give you the exact US size — check there before you order if you're between sizes.

Still unsure? Browse the full Rings collection and look for "adjustable" in the title, or message us with your usual ring size and we'll tell you if a piece will work.
